In addition, the current global olefin industry chain annual by-product.1More than 100 million tonsC4~C9and other fractions, which contain a large number of olefin components (500010,000 tons or more); in primary gasoline/Liquefied gas and coal tar distillates also contain huge amounts of mixed olefins. These mixed olefins are difficult to separate, high cost, and low utilization efficiency. Except for a small amount of petroleum resin raw materials, most of them are directly burned as low-value fuels, causing great waste of resources. If this part of the mixed olefin resources can be turned into treasure, it can not only solve the cost problem of aldehyde-free adhesives, but also realize the high-value utilization of mixed olefin resources, which is of great significance to the current national oil reduction and increase strategy, the conversion of new energy to replace fossil energy, and the realization of the "double carbon" goal.
Based on the above background, led by Academician Yang Wantai of Beijing University of Chemical Technology, the relevant technical teams of Xinyuan Chemical (Shandong) Co., Ltd., Beijing University of Chemical Technology, and Tsinghua University developed enma resin adhesive, and in Xinyuan Chemical (Shandong) Co., Ltd. Through industrial tests, the company finally developed a complete set of enma resin industrial preparation technology with independent intellectual property rights, built a 10,000-ton device, with annual output1Ten thousand tons of enma resin adhesive solid products and.0.3The production capacity of ten thousand tons of enma resin adhesive liquid products, and a number of authorized patents. Enma resin adhesive has been applied by many users, with stable and reliable quality, good market feedback, and significant social and economic benefits. Enma resin adhesive has the characteristics of water-soluble, formaldehyde-free, wide source of raw materials, low cost of glue, basically the same glue process as urea-formaldehyde resin and excellent bonding performance, showing great potential to replace traditional urea-formaldehyde resin.
