In recent years, the high efficiency reaction of loop reactor has been widely concerned, which can reduce the capital cost and improve the conversion rate of raw materials. The use of high-efficiency reaction technology can reduce inventory, increase production capacity, improve reaction selectivity, enhance mass transfer and heat transfer rate, and meet the safety, health and environmental protection requirements of chemical enterprises.
The loop reactor consists of a high-pressure reactor, a loop circulation pump, an external heat exchanger and a venturi ejector. The main reactor is not equipped with a stirring system and a heat exchange system, so it has a larger height-to-diameter ratio than the normal stirred tank, and only needs a smaller volume, so the manufacturing cost is lower, especially the high pressure reaction.
