Supercritical foaming device refers to the use of carbon dioxide, nitrogen and other gases after high temperature and high pressure treatment of supercritical fluid as a foaming agent for TPU, EVA, polypropylene, polyethylene, nylon elastomer and other materials such as supercritical foaming.
Compared with chemical foaming, supercritical foaming has a finer cell structure and more stable performance.
Supercritical foaming foam has greater impact strength, better thermal stability, toughness, good sound insulation, lower thermal conductivity and thermal conductivity. Long saturation time will affect production efficiency, and rapid heating or rapid pressure relief requires high energy and equipment safety.
At present, supercritical foaming technology is common in the application of shoe materials. Almost all major sports brands have launched supercritical foaming shoes, such as Anta, Li Ning, Tebu, Zhongqiao Sports, Peak, 361, Adidas, Nike, Hongxingerke, Huili, etc. Various nitrogen-supported midsole technologies emerge one after another.

Its main characteristics are: uniform temperature in the kettle, maximum temperature difference ± 1 ℃; There is no dead angle in the kettle, and the discharging is convenient and reliable.
