Product details:
Fluorosilicone rubber has the use range of -60 ℃ ~ 230 ℃, which can greatly broaden the use condition compared with -20 ℃ ~ 150 ℃ of ACM/AEM;
The volume change rate of fluorosilicone rubber oil soaked at high temperature (150 ℃ * 72h) is 1% ~ 2%, which has better oil resistance than 5% ~ 10% of ACM/AEM;
The compression deformation of fluorosilicone rubber is 5% ~ 7%, compared with the compression deformation of ACM/AEM of 20% ~ 40%, it has the ability to maintain stable elasticity and ensure sealing performance during long-term compression.
After testing, the service life of fluorosilicone rubber valve cover gasket is 3-4 times that of ACM/AEM valve cover gasket.
