Vulcanization conditions:
The vulcanization time of NFS-L-8440 liquid fluorosilicone rubber depends on the vulcanization temperature and the thickness and size of the vulcanized product. When the vulcanized product is heated to 120 ℃, it can be quickly vulcanized within a few seconds. The rate can be optimized according to the size of the part. It is recommended that the vulcanization conditions are 120 ℃ × 10min for primary vulcanization and 200 ℃ × 4h for secondary vulcanization. Please adjust the vulcanization time according to the actual production process.
Packing:
Plastic drum packaging, A/B components each 20kg separate packaging.
Storage period:
Store in a cool and dry environment, unopened original packaging storage period of 12 months.
Note:
Avoid contact with compounds containing nitrogen, sulfur, phosphorus, heavy metals and other elements, so as not to cause the product to be vulcanized or not vulcanized.
